So, drinking water two hours after every meal is best for you to stay hydrated and to own a healthy digestive system.  You can have other fluids items in between each meal.  But having too much water is not good you can have some mouth of water if you have too much of thirst.

If you are more concern about your weight gain and also you are a foodie you can balance your diet with some simple tricks.  Eat a lot of vegetables and reduce the intake of rice in your diet.  If you can’t reduce the rice consumption and still you want to reduce the weight, there is also other way you can replace white rice with brown rice which has fewer carbohydrates.  Fruits and veggies are fewer calories and full of fibers.  If you had your breakfast at 9 am have your snacks at 11 am followed with lunch at 1 pm, this is the ideal food cycle.

Avoid electronic gadgets like TV, Radio, Laptop in your bedroom.  You must also ignore using bright things before 1 hour of your sleep that also includes your mobile.  Because the ways from gadgets makes your brain active and you to stay awake.  When you are ready for sleeping Don’t use any night lamps in your bedroom, also switch Off the LED light.
