Music makes the baby calm and even after the birth of baby you can feel the baby reacts the music which it had heard in the womb. The happy hormone gets released and makes the baby feel calm and contented.

Your little one taste buds develop from around 12 weeks. During pregnancy you need to consume extra proteins and calcium to give your little one the proper growth.
Protein intakes likes legumes, lentils, peas, beans, chickpeas, peanuts and soybeans. Intake of salmon, fish liver oil, lean meat, eggs, broccoli and green vegetables makes both mother and obviously the baby healthy.
Eat a lot of fruits and vegetables. You need to consume an extra 300 calories a day. The food you eat flavors the amniotic fluid which your baby consumes by 25th weeks.
3. Talking to baby in womb
Talk and sing to your Baby, he or she hears you. Gently rub your belly, respond to your baby’s kick. When you rub your belly, the baby feels really good and simply makes the mother to feel good.
4. Massage oil
Apply almond oil and massage your bump. It’s a fact that your baby can feel the difference between mother and father touch. It can send calming message to the nervous system.
5. Morning sunlight during pregnancy
The researchers say the sunlight generates vitamin D on the skin which works together with calcium to build bones. And also the morning breeze gives you and your baby a fresh feel, the immense content of oxygen helps you to clean up your lungs.
6. Exercises during pregnancy
Always discuss with your Doctor before doing exercise, because your level of fitness before pregnancy will determine how intense your workouts should be. The type of exercise one should do varies from mother to mother so don’t follow any exercise module done by others, that won’t suit for you. Simply have a brisk walk and stay active that makes your baby healthy and active.
7. Pregnancy stories
Your baby won’t understand your words, but you can develop their listening skills even from their womb stage. They recognize the mother’s voice from the womb. You can also sing that makes you happy and when you are happy your baby feels the same way. Most importantly your emotions get reflected your baby also. So mostly being happy helps your baby to get proper growth.
