Don’t go out without giving proper moisturizer to your skin. Use a gel type Moisturizer. I recommend Nature’s essence Aloe Vera gel Moisturizer. When you apply aloe vera gel that acts both as a foundation and primer and protects your skin as a barrier from chemicals if you use any makeup(that is in case if your skin is too sensitive).

Apply BB Cream after applying Aloe Vera gel. I recommend Ponds bb cream that has UV rays protection. In my experience, I have said this suggestion to many people and most of them saying is always about the best results of those products. For people who don’t want the pink skin show up, they can use Garnier bb cream. Both products give good results.

Limit bathing time, don’t rub your skin too much. Keep an eye on the temperature of the water which is so important too hot water may hurt your skin. Use a gel based soap that doesn’t dry out your skin so there will be no chance for pimple breakouts.

I recommend pears soft and fresh/pears blue soap that gives you a completely fresh feel and locks the freshness within you throughout the day. Don’t wash your face more than twice a day. Simply rub your Face in a circular motion, don’t rub too hard, just handle your skin like a flower.

When you wear makeup following the Correct order of Skin care Products is very important. Cleanser in the morning, splash your face with warm water and then clean your face with cleanser. Then use Toner followed with anti-oxidant serum, eye cream, spot treatment, Moisturizer and then Sunscreen.

Eat healthy food, this is the important tip because though you groom yourself externally, internal health is much important and the result you get from this tip is permanent.

Increased intake of fruits and vegetables gives your skin glow from inside. That you can visibly notice yourself. And also avoid eating junk foods.

When some situations can’t be controlled leave that in its own way. We can’t control everything in our life…just flow with it. Don’t get too emotional with heartless characters in this world…lol
